is it true that if I wear sunscreen every day my skin will get lighter or at least my tan will fade...

I got a piercing last week today and today it pused a little bit and the whole outside my mouth keeps drying up quickly and of course it hurts to move it...and if it is infected should I use peroxide over night til it goes away...or what should I do? I osd bactine during the day 2-3 times and mouth wash every time I wake up and before I got to bed....

I have ringworm on the back of my arm and I have had it for a couple months. I just started treating it but I have a nasty habit of itching it without noticing. I'm wondering if I can spread it to my scalp? It hasnt spread or gotten bigger in months but Im paranoid ill loose my hair, help?

my sister got a big problem about her dandruff.she tried to use diff.shampoo w/ anti dandruff,did the hot oil thing and alot more to solve her problem.its been 5 mos.now she still have it.i know coz we live in the same house.is there any suggestion guys on how to help her?be cause i dont know anymore!

Kid has a red ring on the ouside of skin says it itches another one in a different spot but it has a scab. Couple more they are red rings not puffy or swollen.

it a little small bump under the skin between the the big toe and the second toe, there is a little white small patch on top of the bump and it hurt when I just press on it.. any ideas..? and advise ?

Hello. This is weird to me, buuut my ears get blackheads around the inner to upper part and I don't know why. I clean them REALLY good with Q-tips everyday and even in the morning and when I wash my hair, soap washes them. Sooo any ideas?? Thank you.

He recently brought a cordless shaver from braun and it felt like it would put on his facial hair instead of shaving, the worst part is that it didn't shave like he wanted to. Plus I need something that won't give him a rash, since he has sensitive skin. I guess something like with the three little heads would be better like Norelco products, I just don't know which one.

My lips have always been dry and chapped since I was a baby, I am now an adult. My lips get dry skin and splits that bleed and I can't get rid of it, even if I can for a week or two it just comes back. I've tried almost every product and chapstick out there. What can I do, it's really starting to get to me. any help would be great, thank you.

ok so on sunday night i realized my upper left eyelid was a little itchy and was slightly (not even noticably) red. i put a hot washcloth over it for about 5-10 minutes and went to sleep. when i woke up the next morning, it seemed a little more noticable, and it seemed my left eyelid was swollen/pink in the corner & it appears that one eye is smaller than the other because of the swelling. after researching, i figured out it might be a stye, so i used some a home remedys to try & cure it. (i used a hot tea bag for 10 minutes then a freezing tea bag for 10 minutes).. i woke up today and it looked exactly the same..

the actual eye itself looks perfectly fine & white, it's just the eyelid that's irritated.. maybe it's an ingrown eyelash? i really can't figure this outt, i'm not doctor at all ;] helpp ?

Of the last two universities I've attended there has been one student at each who has what seems like burnt skin. Is this a skin disease of some sort, or have they been involved in some sort of accident. I feel really bad about them, they sit alone and don't socialize much. I don't want to ask them what happened, but maybe someone here has a response?

but then the blisters go and a dark red mark is left behind. These look like birthmarks and are completely flat and smooth. They don't hurt or itch. Three doctors and the practice nurse have never seen anything like it before. Has anyone else?

Even since I was a virgin I have had a lot of these white bumps on my scrotum, all different in size but no more than a couple millimeters in diameter. They are filled with a semi-solid white material like a pimple. My scrotum also itches a lot all the time and Im pretty sure its because of these bumps. Does anybody have any idea what this could be and how i could make these bumps go away.

he looks so rashed its scary and all doctors say is wait for it to run its course. This condition can last months. He can't sweat or shower or the pain and itching get too intense and he cries. he takes benadryl and ibuprofen for itch and pain but it doesnt really work. any ideas for relief or cure? please! its so horrible. http://www.aafp.org/afp/980800ap/980800b.html
