All sweat has the potential to be stinky - mostly caused by bacterial action. The "stinkiest" areas tend to be those that are well populated with what's called "apocrine" sweat glands. Found in high numbers in the armpits, groin and to a lesser extent, around the nipples. These apocrine sweat glands also produce the human sex pheromones.

sweat is the same whether it comes from your arm pits or your back, it all will smell if it is allowed to decompose on your skin. This is why we shower and use deodorants.

Yes it can be normal for some people to have BO. The odor can come from bacteria on the skin. It can also be from certain foods that you digest... that will come out through your pores (i.e. garlic).

Depending on your size, (what creates folds), under the breasts, between the belly and the groin, the groin, earlobes, and anywhere else that folds are found.
