Skin Conditions - July 2007

Hi. Imn 15 years old and I have this pigmentation on my leg it covers alot of my left leg and im brownish and the pigmentation is white and iv tryed covering up with dove tanning cream but it wont help. I always cover up on holiday coz of it. Can anyone give me some tanning creams oh stuff what i can try??? what are not expensive. AND... what age can you have laser treatment. would
it remove it? :) thanks.

itching is since 2 mths or so...can u tell me what is it due to? i get profuse sweating @ times...my thyroid level is normal...i have kidney stones too detected today... dr told me to drink 3 litres of water...can u suggest remedy for my itching?

i've been using it over 10 years. the part that i dont like about it is that i have keep it in the fridge, it bleach my clothes and it taste bitter if it gets in my mouth. many times i stop using it cuz of that, but i would go back using it because if i dont i would start breaking out again. I had a biopsy done yesterday on this lump I have on the side of my nose and am waiting for the results. The doctor said if it's positive, I will have to have the area surgicially removed. It is a painful process? Will I get black eyes? Do they put you to sleep or do they give you a local (novocain)? Thanks for your answers.

See I have a lot of mosquito bites and I am going on a mission trip next week where I can not soak in a nice oatmeal bath. So I was wondering what(if any) will help it go away???

Usually the mosquitio bites are diminishing after few hours. But recently the lumps become furious. They grow larger and larger especially after the second day. The whole extensive area becomes really red and hot, with the repeating severe itchy and pain. They are easily to be scratched with some white thing coming out from the skin. After more than 1 week, it gets a bit better yet with purple turning black patch remaining for another month. Anyway, it's horrible. WHY? `

Well, i've often read here that they had taken Accutane in the past and it worked well, but then, after a few years, their acne came back and they would take another round of Accutane again. Did anyone get good lasting results after taking just 1 batch?

i know it's not a stye because a stye is on the tip of eyelid where the eyelash meets the brow. This is like a pimple on your face with puss, but inside my lower eyelid.(like when u pull ur eyelid out and flip it over) then u can see it well. it started in the corner of my eye but it was a bump inside the skin now it moved over a bit and u can see it, with puss and all. It's really gross and itchy and a little painful, what could this be??

ok my mom started out than me and my b/f got it (we all live in the same household) we get these bumps like bug bites but we dont have any bugs in the house at all the dirmatologest ruled out lice scabies ect they sais oh its dry skin but for 3 people to get them bumps its kinda unreal to be dry skin... our skin isnt even dry!!!! and sometimes between our fingers or on our hands we get clear bumps that itch untill you pop them and once you do they go away and a few days later we will get a few more.... its not poisin ivy (had that b4) but we itch day and night we changed everything from body wash, shampoo and detergent and still no relief. we moved from ny to fl when this all started any ideas?

Is there anything I could do to kill head lice, I won't have money for a few more days and want to get rid of them now! My sister just moved back home two days ago and we found lice in her hair today and she's been sleeping in my room! How do I clean my beddings, carpet, pillows and my hair if i don't have the money to buy the products right now. is there anything i can do, like home remedies? Please I need help. I hate lice! they freak me out!
