can u tell me if u know what it looks like? I mean it itchy and it hurts so can u help me?

definitely an allergic reaction
you wont believe this, but raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar cleanses the body of toxins of all kinds, i have used it to tame a fatal reaction i have to MSG. i drink it straight, but you can dilute it with apple juice. you can dab some right on the hives too to help reduce the itch..
or if you have some benedryl that will help it.
try to figure out what you had on your neck that you had a reaction to, or if you ate something that you don't normally eat. then do whatever it takes to keep away from that.
your body is telling you that whatever it was, is not good for you, the reaction will keep getting worse every time you are exposed to whatever it is..

You may have been bitten or had an allergic reaction. For the time being try some camomile lotion and then head to the doctor.

Were you wearing a necklace? Maybe you were allergic to the metal in it?
I take it that you washed it with soap and water already. Do you have any antihistamines in case they can eliminate any allergic reactions?
