Could be from any medication that your are taking. Some meds have adverse reactions to hot and cold primarily affecting the extremities (ie. hands and feet).

Also could be a disease called "Chronic Cold Urticaria", which is considered "chronic" and can last for life. Basically your stimuli react differently to cold and can cause welts and/or itching.

Final answer could be as simple as the A/C air being too dry or allergens being pulled into the A/C unit and being dispersed. If the air is blowing directly on you, move or redirect the airflow.

If you see a rash, discolouration in your extremities, or any swelling I would recommend seeing a doctor. Leaving a problem too long can cause it to become "chronic" leaving no cure, just preventative treatment.

They are getting dry. A/C sucks all of the moisture out of the air.

Put some moisturizer maybe you have a try skin from the AC

air conditioning dries the air. so your skin dries and gets itchy.
