This is a condition called Keratosis Pilaris (Not sure if I spelled that right) that's really common. My bf has it. He got some prescription lotion from the Dr. that has lactic acid in it, you're supposed to use it everyday to help exfoliate the top layer of skin but I don't think anything can really cure it. You just have to use the lotion everyday. The lotion was expensive (like $30) and I know Sephora sells something similar called KP duty that's like $36 too. Not sure what's it Eucerin Plus, but if it has lactic acid then it should work. If not, try going to the drugstore or ordering something off drugstore.com that has lactic acid in it.

Try looking up the condition to see other suggestions on how to cure it. Good luck.

Sounds like eczema to me.

To help with dryness, these creams, such as Eucerin, Nivea, Cethaphil Moisturizing Cream (I love Cethaphil!), or Lubriderm, should be used every day, even when the eczema isn't flaring-up!

Apply right after baths within 3 minutes to help trap in moisture and throughout the day as needed.

For severely dry skin, try using an ointment, such as Aquaphor.

Alternative lubricants that some parents find useful include Hydrolatum and Vanicream.

Many experts recommend avoiding moisturizing lotions, as they often don't work as well as a cream or ointment.

Bathing and eczema is a controversial topic, but many people think the practice of limiting baths is old school or old fashioned.

A daily bath for at least 15-20 minutes helps to moisturize the skin and make it less itchy. Be sure to use a mild, nondrying soap, such as Dove, Neutrogena, Tone, Caress, Dial, Basis, or Purpose, avoid vigorous scrubbing, use a soft towel to pat the skin dry and immediately (within 3 minutes) apply a lubricating cream afterwards.

If your skin is not tolerating a daily bath, limit baths to every other day or try using a soap substitute, such as Cetaphil. Avoid using bubble baths, harsh or drying soaps and keep shampoo off the affected areas.

Things that can cause flare up's: These may include certain foods (cow's milk, eggs, peanut butter, fish), wool fibers and clothes, rough or tight fitting clothing, dry air, sweating, getting too hot or too cold (avoid hot or cold water), harsh soaps or chemicals, and stress

Use Johnson's and Johnson's Head to Toe Baby Wash (comes in a large bottle with pump and is a light yellow color) ~ See attached website to click on to view what I'm talking about.

I use this, because, what is causing the red bumps is your soap that you use. Really, any soap can be hard on sensitive skin, but the baby wash is mild and washes away without leaving a residue behind.

Try, it'll go away by using this on your skin when you bathe or shower :) I promise you'll see those bumps go away... Give it at least a week or so to see a difference. Your skin needs to heal before you will notice a change.

I also have a whole bunch of these pumps, just to use in the bathroom and kitchen... I use this on my hands as well since my skin is sensitive, and just regular soap dries out my skin.

I think I have the same problem. Is it on the backs of your arms? Exfoliating my arms using a loofah or a salt or sugar scrub has really helped to reduce my bumpiness. If you go to a dermatologist, she would also be able to prescribe an anti-acne medication for your arms.
