I think it doesn't matter where you are from or what race you are.
It is important that if you are going to have an inter cultural relationship, to deal with the differences.
You both can have different values and expectations and you need to sort that out before you get married.

If you get along with the person and they are a good person, why not date them? You aren't going to marry every person you date. Don't judge a book by its cover is the old saying. There will always be people (the older generation) who frown upon inter-racial dating but that's because they are not used to being around other races. They grew up with people the same race/color as they are and they fear the unknown. Modern educated people have no problem with inter-racial dating.

While I think its wrong to judge peoples decisions in who they love, I would peronally think about the future when it comes to my own relationships. Especially if were talking real love and having children one day. The truth of the matter is that no matter how you raise your kids, children are cruel to each other. I have a cousin who has always attracted bullies just because her father is black. The family itself is loving and my cousin, with age, has grown up and realized that not everyone has had the experiences that she has. It doesnt bother her now, but it did. And not much has changed since she was a kid. Sad but true.

Absolutely. My most satisfying relationship was with a guy of another race. I am Caucasian and he is Chinese; we live in Southern California.
If you love someone, why does it matter what their skin color is?
The one thing about inter-racial dating is you must be prepared to learn about and live with a different culture. It can take time, but it is also extremely satisfying.

i've got self assurance that its unlucky that we nonetheless ought to consult with it as inter-racial relationship, and that there remains controversy surrounding it. Date somebody you have issues in consumer-friendly with, with out judging first by the colour of their dermis. no rely what race you're, or in case you're a a unmarried race or a mixure of two or countless races you ought to no longer be "finding out which thank you to pass" !?

I am white and living in ohio. I have 3 handsome nephews and 2 gorgeous neices from inter-racial marriage. they are absolutely amazing families and i wouldnt have imagined it any other way. i couldnt love them more if they were all white or all black. color does not matter. what matters is the way you act and treat others. good luck and god bless =] you can email me if you would like to talk more on the matter =]

i am 51 years old. i am a female and i live in missouri right outside of st. louis. i believe that it does n't matter the colour of the skin, the religion, the nationality or anything else. there's not enough love in our world anymore thatwe should bar people from dating people they enjoy being with and yes maybe even marrying one day. my husband is jewish.i am catholc and iam half irish and half american indian (cherokee and blackfoot).we have been married for 32 years.
