Healthy diet as well as drinking a lot of water, and also for some such as myself taking a multi-vitamin is very helpful.

I take prenatal vitamins to help my hair primarily but found that it has also helped my skin and hair. I checked with my dr to find out if it was safe for me to take them because I've never been pregnant and she said that it was all right.

You can find some brands over the counter in drugstores like Wal-Mart.

Check with your dr to see if this safe for you to try if you decide to try them.

Keep out of the sun. It's the only good thing about hayfever. I look about ten years younger than I should. I can't go out in the summer months because of my extreme hayfever.
