Whenever I run or breathe erratically (like when being tickled) my lungs get fluid in them that I have to cough up. It's not wheezing like in asthma because it's not like my passages are constricted, it's just the creation of thin mucus in my lungs. I have never smoked and none of my family/friends do either so I'm not really exposed to secondhand smoke. I know it almost sounds like Cystic Fibrosis but I'm in my late 20's and would have died from it by now if that was it. Any ideas? Does anyone else experience something like this?

I asked this question earlier but found something new to add.
I have a question for anyone who might be able to help. A month ago I suddenly got a cough and throat hurt a lot so doctor told me bronchitus and would be gone in a week or two acter taking meds. Took meds but cough never wenty away. So he preschribed some zpac thing and said that should handle it but it didn't. So he finally said it was pneumonia and I tyook those shots for 4 straight days, but that ended friday and I still have a cough and swear I'ma ctually getting worse everytime he tries to help. Before it was just a cough. But now I still hae a slight cough (as long as I dont do anything physical) but I'm starting to get a lot of sinus pains and having hot streaks and trouble sleeping at night andjust feeling overall sicker. I'm only a 24 yr old guy and was very active up tilt his point and I'm just getting beyond frustratted here as no one or thing seems to be helping me out. Is this sort of thing normal to be going through if I'm just getting over pneumonia? Please help.

My one year old just started antibiotics for bronchitis and has been on it yesterday and today. But I noticed today he is wheezing a little bit and I'm concerned it is something more serious.

My 3 year old today was diagnosed with croup in the ER and I had mentioned how my 6 month old was coughing as well, she had said with my 3 year old just put on vicks or a mistor or take him outside for a few min. Should I do the same with my 6 month old? Or take him in too? They didn't give my 3 year ol anything for meds but a steroid for his croup.

Will be sitting at my desk or at home, just reading or something and will get the feeling that I need to stand up and fill my lungs with air, like I need to take a really deep breath. It's a hard sensation to describe but doesn't come after physical exercise (tested that one out today by going for a good long walk) just occasionally, usually when I'm not doing anything strenuous. And oh, when I feel like that, it gets worse when I talk and I then seem to get visibly breathless. Suppose I'd best go to the doctors but have half frightened myself to death by looking up all sorts of morbid stuff on the net. Can anyone make some suggestions as to what this could be?

I have had a cold for few weeks and it never totally goes away, it comes back and now I have a bronchial infection. This is not the first time this has happened. I am also trying to see how I can build my immune system. Im not sure if its weakened, but I know a cold should not linger, start to go away, then relapse. Any info is welcomed.

Every morning I cough up mucus for about three minutes. This has been going on for half a year. It usually goes away after that, but sometimes I have to continue clearing out my throat. I've been to the doctor several times, but I have yet to get an answer. I'm told it's only my allergies and I shouldn't be concerned.

What is wrong with me?
