First off, flu is a viral infection of the respiratory tract, and not vomiting and diarrhea as many people seem to think. The nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are symptoms of gastroenteritis, and if she is having nose bleeds with the vomiting, she should be seing a doctor about it. The nose bleeds are a result of ruptured blood vessels which could be the result of elevated blood pressure while she is vomiting or could be a symptom of something more severe which may need to be treated. Also, in case you are not aware, a child of this age should NEVER be given aspirin or aspirin containing products which can cause serious health problems including reyes syndrome and also can lead to bleeding disorders. Yes, I would advise you to take her to the hospital tonight.

I agree she needs to be seen by the doctor. I would also be concerned that the nose bleeds could further irritate her stomach. At the very least you should call the pediatrician on call.

the force needed to produce this action is causing a lot of pressure to her tiny blood vessels in her nose. she may have to get these cauterized (burned) later if this problem persist.
