My results came back from the Haemophilic/Pathology department. I was sent there asd I complained of swollen ankles and scraing on my leg. My results have come back but I was told by my doctor to come into the surgery as I will need to be told or given something that I need to carry with me all the time. What could this be as I'm really worried now.

I had Grave's disease (hyperthyroidism) and had past eye problems. I received Radioactive iodine 6 years ago and my thyroid became normal along w ith my eyes. Now this year I became mildy hypothyroid TSH alittle over 7.40 and everything else normal. I was put on .25 mcg of Levoxyl which I stated taking almost a month ago. Now I am experiencing soreness, burning painful eyesballs. Can the medication be doing this? Its such a small dose and I dont know if the graves eye disease is coming back.

For some reason when I go to school I get these horrible air pockets (gas) either in my stomach or in between my chest and stomach. It is miserable and extremely painful, sometimes I can't even breath it hurts so bad and I can't do my school work sometimes because of it. Then sometimes I have to close my eyes and hold my stomach really tight in the middle of class so it won't hurt as bad, and that can be really embarassing when people are watching you.

Is there any kind of medicine or solution for this problem??

If there is medicine what is it called and where can I buy it?

Thanks for everyones time!

Please tell me what you know about my symptoms so I can wait it out until I have insurance.

Always constipated-when I go it is like one little drop.
Bloated?-my stomach always looks like I'm about 5 months pregnant or so...and I'm not! I feel lots of gas in there and pass a lot of gas too.
Little things come out of my mouth and in stool- they are not worms or parasites b/c I was able to go to the dr in Mexico but wasn't there long enough to run more tests. They are little whitish, smelly, soft, smaller than a grain of rice, get hard and tan when they dry out. They come out of my mouth used to be several times a week and now only every other week or so. They are also in my stool. Dr. said it was a chronic infection...but that's all I know
When I can do #2 I need to go all of the sudden and it feels that in 1 day I get rid off all of the waste from the week or 2 before. Has mucous a lot. 2 times had blood. Symptoms do lessen when I eat good, with lots of fiber, and exercize

in the last 10-14 days i have had a series of symptoms that to me are not all that alarming...until I discovered the lump.

and the first 2 were unsettleing, but I just figured I wasn't drinking enough water...extremely bad smelling urine, and gas( were talking the same smell for about 2 weeks) I am concerned about kidneys maybe? I have not changed my eating habbits at all...and have never had these problems before.
I have also been very achy...sore muscles, and it seems that my joints are achy as well.

typical allergy symptoms...sore throat, drainage, headache, fatigue, etc...
any clue what this could be?!
.
The only thing different is that I quit smoking 10 days ago...however, i believe this is unrelated

My grandmother is suffering from muscle spasms. Sometimes it is not there at all, but then on other days it's very, very violent (going all over the place). It's mainly the arm, and also the legs. Today she was fine, but then later when the jerks started, she also started slurring her words.

Scan results and etc are taking ages, so any help as to what it could be are appreciated?

Almost every night when I start settling down, I get this feeling in both of my legs as if I need to stretch and move around. Sometimes I get up and walk around my house, but that doesnt seem to do anything. I'm up until 2 AM almost every single night just flopping around on my bed trying to find a new position so I don't have the feeling in my legs, but no position seems to do anything.

It's so annoying and I'm so tired of being up all night. Sometimes it's so stressful not being able to sleep, that I just have to cry. My mom said only adults get this, but I'm only sixteen years old. Schools starting soon and I cannot go to school on only 3 hours of sleep.

Could this feeling in my legs be RLS?

Obviously we have many ways to speed up recovery, such as large doses of Vitamin C, Echinacea and Golden Seal, but why don't we have one simple pill that kills the bug within a couple of hours? If we know how to do brain surgery and give liver transplants, why don't we have a cure for an illness this small?

Thank you!

I'm a teenager, and up until about last year, I've had no problem with having milk or any other dairy products.
But now, if I have cereal with milk, eat yogurt, or even make pancakes/waffles with milk/buttermilk in the mix, I end up with stomach pains, gas, feeling a bit nauseous and sometimes, diarrhea.
However, I can manage to eat a little ice cream or cheese at times, and I don't have any of the symptoms mentioned above.
Could I be lactose intolerant? How can I know for sure?

Thanks!

Last night, my roommate had a friend over for tea and it got really late. Our roommate policy is that no boys can spend the night. So she told him to leave and he refused. When she started yelling at him, he agreed to be driven home. When they were walking to the car, my roommate called me when I was asleep saying that her friend was acting funny. He claimed that he suffered from grand mal seizures. She didn't know what to do so we all walked back inside. When we got inside he started spasming and he kept asking for his muscle spasm medication. Now I don't remember what it was called. But I ground up a tablet and dissolved it in water and made him drink it. Five seconds later he stopped shaking and he said he was fine. My question is... was he faking it? Can you tell the difference between a fake or real grand mal seizure? He also claims he has some sort of rare cancer. I don't know.

Recent bloodwork (with pregnancy) says I am A - . I am adopted and have access to some birth records (from 1968), which say I was A + but that my birth mother was negative. Does it sound like the records I have are incorrect or like my Rh status has changed?

My husband , whom I believe contacted lyme
disease last year, has had a heck of a time getting diagnosed. Tests for lyme are very bed and only test positive for around 5% of patients who are actually positive for the disease. His Lyme tests were neg. and the Dr.'s just want to say that he didn't have it . I have studied probably 100 hours trying to figure out what was going on with him. I believe he has Lyme. The only other condition that resembles his is Fibromyalgia. He was almost paralyzed at first. He did get the Dr.s to go ahead and treat with antibiotics. He is much improved but not 100%.The question he has is to those who have experienced Fibromyalgia or Lyme disease... Did your muscles feel like they were swelling in lumps and stinging, stinging, stinging? I put it that way because that's how he described it. Not like a constant sting but sting, stop, sting, stop, sting, stop?
