It sounds like you have the beginning stages of diverticulosis, which is a bowel problem that is being seen among younger persons nowadays because people don't eat enough fiber or drink enough water. Humans bodies were designed to eat more fiber and less meat, less junk food, less fast foods. With your age, I think it is very important to see a doctor as soon as possible. No one here can or should recommend a specific laxative or fiber remedy to you because of your age. I also agree with the two persons who posted before me.

The symptoms you're exhibiting and talking about could be a few different things. However, especially if bowel movements don't regulate (that means not the runs and not constipated either) then you definately need to see a doctor. It could be a digestive issue like acid reflux causing the bowel issues or you could be dealing with something considerably more serious, but bowel issues aren't something you should let go. It is too easy for them to move into sepsis (systemic infection) to be ignored. Good luck!

At your age I'm speculating that in addition to high school, you might also have a part time job. And the symptoms you describe could be stress related. Although I'm in no way whatsoever a doctor, I can speak from personal experience. What I suggest you do is increase your fiber consumption and allow yourself to "go" more often. And as for the stress, slow down some and pace yourself steadily. I hope my answer helps you.
