I have no insurance to see the dr. about my digestive problem?

Please tell me what you know about my symptoms so I can wait it out until I have insurance.

Always constipated-when I go it is like one little drop.
Bloated?-my stomach always looks like I'm about 5 months pregnant or so...and I'm not! I feel lots of gas in there and pass a lot of gas too.
Little things come out of my mouth and in stool- they are not worms or parasites b/c I was able to go to the dr in Mexico but wasn't there long enough to run more tests. They are little whitish,smelly, soft, smaller than a grain of rice, get hard and tan when they dry out. They come out of my mouth used to be several times a week and now only every other week or so. They are also in my stool. Dr. said it was a chronic infection...but that's all I know
When I can do #2 I need to go all of the sudden and it feels that in 1 day I get rid off all of the waste from the week or 2 before. Has mucous a lot. 2 times had blood. Symptoms do lessen when I eat good, with lots of fiber, and exercize

No reputable doctor is going to diagnose you over the internet. You need to be examined in person. If you can't afford a doctor, call the local county health department, and ask if there is a free or reduced price clinic in your area, or if there are other options available to you.

I don't know about your specific problem can only relate my experience.

Had cronic stomach problems for a year and a half. Drank lots of pepto back then.

What has helped me is eating lowfat foods. Eating small amounts throughout the day. All healthy lowfat foods. Yougat and fruit for my snacks. Drink lots of water.

You say it gets better with good diet, try that for 2 weeks and see if you feel better. If I eat fried foods I pay for several days, so now don't eat them.
