What are the dietary restrictions after the gallbladder is removed. I got sick after eating some real greasy food and someone told me it was because I had my gallbladder removed. Thing is, I had it removed twenty four years ago when I was barely twenty one years old. Why would I be having problems with greasy food now?

Im 16, and just tonight I have been expierencing joint pain in the knees and ankles sometimes other areas, and a low grade fever. I feel ok otherwise, a little tired, but that's about it. I had a cold last friday, but that seemed to have subsided. Is it anything to be concerned about? I do have joint pains other times, but they usually go away and are not ucompanied by a fever. Any Ideas? Could I be going through a growth spurt? I am short and haven't had one yet.

I have a friend who has an infection in the esophagus. This person is my best friend. We have been through alot of good times & bad times. And this one takes the cake. He has built a wall around him & doesn't feel like talking to anybody or seeing anybody including me. I feel he is going down the road of depression and that is not good. Any advise on how to help? Thank you in advance.

I have been going to doctor's for years about very severe pain I have and for years they have been treating me like I'm crazy. Recently someone suggested that I might have fibromyalgia. I looked up all the information I could find on it and am convinced that this is what is wrong with me. I went to a doctor and told her my opinion and she said oh, no...it's syatica (this is like the 10th DIFF diagnosis I have received from different doctors for the same pain). It is NOT syatica. I am at the end of my rope and don't know what to do to get the doctor's to listen to me but I'm sick of being treated as crazy and being dismissed...Any suggestions?

I don't think it's diarrhea. It just keeps on coming out. He goes to the bathroom and cleans himself and by the time he is done cleaning himself, it is already coming out again and soiled his pants. Has anyone had this problem or with their child...please help...what can I do?
What can I do to help him besides talking to his doctor because I have already done that. Are there any medications or foods he can take for it? Or ANYTHING else please! Thank You!

I just spent a week in the hospital and was just diagnosed with it. I immediately had surgery where they removed half of my colon and a foot of small intestine. They said I have had it for years, but no one has caught it. My question is, am I going to lose a ton of weight? Because I really can't seem too eat much.

Or is getting migranes constantly just nothing to worry about? Is it possible that migranes could be a sign of a big health issue?

I was born with Hirschprung's Disease. I want to start a web page about my experiences, for I am 30 years old now. I have so much information to share and I want to help. If you know anyone with the disease, I would like any info you or they could give me about their own (or child's) experiences; so that we could help others who need it.
I (and my family) had to go one step at a time. I was the first to have the intestinal pullthrough surgery. (the first to survive with it, as far as I know) They weren't sure it was going to work and decided to try this experimental surgery; there wasn't anything else to do. I have had learn how to control my bowels and deal with all the problems that comes with the disease, by going through it. So, whatever I have learned, I would like to use to help others. Please, if you have any information that you think could be helpful to others, I would love to compile everything I can for my web site.

And if you have any questions, feel free to ask! :)

My son was diagnosed with reactive airway disease on Thursday. My husband was the one who took him to the hospital so I didn't get an explanation to what it is. Is it the same as asthma? My son is 23 months.
