Keratoconus, the most common corneal dystrophy in the United States, normally occurs in people's eyes. If this disease were to occur anywhere else, say in their noses, that indeed would be peculiar.

It's not a disease, it's a condition of the cornea where it's too 'pointed'. My Mom & brother have it.
