Being that we have to alternate the injection site, I have an extremely difficult time injecting the needle in my left side of the abdomen. My doctor has no answers. Is there a way to desensitise this area of my abdomen?

I have been to my Dr. with concerns of high glucose levels some of them up to 307 I have been experiencing getting really hot and top part of stomach burning to the point of passing out or close to passing out. The Dr. has put me on Junuvia and Glumetza. My A1c levels were all fine and most of the time my glucose levels are fine. What if I dont have Diabetes and take these medicines? Could it hurt me? I am really confused I dont want to take them if I dont have diabetes.

I need to know what vegetables are starches, the client I take care of is a diabetic and I need to know what the starchy veggies are so that I don't send his blood sugar through the roof. And also, what are foods that contain carbohydrates.

I have a blind friend that teaches GED at a vocational evening school here in El Paso, Texas. He has been blind since the age of 15. He is now 45 years old.. . A great testament to
perseverance and a genuine nice man.

His wife is a diabetic and was diagnosed with retinal detachment yesterday. A doctor has stated that she needs corrective surgery in the next two weeks or she will begin to go blind.

Bottom line - this couple is poor. Does someone know of a medical group that can help. Please !!!!!! This situation is critical.

Any leads are appreciated.

Sincerest regards,

This product was discontinued because of the disease Aids. It was a very good weight-loss, appetite suppressant. I would like to know if there is a product equal to it, I have gained 20 lbs. over the Winter, and need something that would be safe for an insulin dependant diabetic.

I have been a diabetic for 23 years. I have been taking shots for 18 years. My last A1c was 7.4, which is a little higher than I would like it to be. I am very active. Especially during the warmer months.

Plus, if it is really hot outside, will it effect the insulin that is in the pump?

I just need to knowif this is the right thing for me.

Serious answers only, please.
