It is supposed to around 140 2 hours after the meal. Yesterday, after I ate 2 cups of brown rice, it was 252, after 2 hours. I took the option of exercising and getting it down to 170 in a span of 45 mins. Fasting below 110 is acceptable. But please visit a doctor, and get your full lab test done. check your A1C, which is an average of your blood sugar over the last 3 months.

Yes. Even though the "safe" range for blood sugar varies from person to person, your doctor will be able to tell you what your range is. In the last few years the range seems to have gone down a little. Most people that I have taken care of need to be in the 70-120 range. But that is for them, and the most common range I have seen lately.

Absolutely normal. It's what all diabetics strive for. Mine is usually between 90 and 110 except when I'm sick, stressed, or I've cheated on my diet the night before. (Don't tell anyone, but even I cheat once in a blue moon and have a big serving of lasagna).

Yep. Mine is usually around 100-105 and actually it should be that within two hours of your last meal and remain the same if you are a non diabetic, because your beta and alpha cells will produce insulin and glucose as needed.
