I am not a doctor, but a triglyceride level of 434 is high, but not "very high." I would suggest talking to your doctor. :-)

Why don't you know this from talking to your doctor ?
If your doctor is not educating you, get a new doctor.
You probably need meds for that hi of triglyceride level.

yes and I asume you had a test done and what ever Dr. gave you these results should of told you that is way way high. Mine is 40-50.

VERY high. Less than 150 is normal. You are at risk of a stroke.
