Allergies

I just had sinus surgery but I still continue to get recurring sinus infections

I rarely get any allergy symptoms. I don't get ichy eyes, running nose, or sneezing.
I dont know if the doctor just didn't do the operation right or what.
Cause I doubt I have allergies.

This may be silly and I may be paranoid but.... I have an extremely sensititve sea food allergy. It is not simply shell fish like most people--it is all fish. If I smell fish, I will get sick. I have noticed that sea salt is in alot of dishes and was told that it was healthier for me; however I am nervous that I will have an allergic reaction to it. Can I be allergic to sea salt?

which showed that he had ethmoid sinusitis. He just came back from his family doctor and he told him that he has to go to another doctor because this condition can be fatal. He had always been diagnosed with cluster migraines so I guess my question is can all this pain and all these headaches have been this sinusitis all along? Should he get another opinion or trust what this doctor has told him? He came home pretty shaken up and confused by what all this doctor told him. Any help would be appreciated...........

I took Aleve for 5 days and I stopped taking it 10 days ago. I developed itching hands and feet and swollen lips, which I understand is a possible allergic reaction to Aleve. My doctor can't tell me how long it will last. I am controlling the symptoms with Benedryl, but this makes me very sleepy. How long will this last?

I grew up around cats,dogs,and other pets.I never had any allergies to them.A few years after not being around cats,I went to my friends house and had a bad allergic reaction to her cat.Has anyone else had an allergy just pop up like that or is it something else entirely?

He will DIE if he eats them and we have to carry an epi pen everywhere we go. I want your opinion on this though. I went to Wal-mart yesterday and there was this lady there giving samples of side dishes for Thanksgiving. I didn't have my son with me (thank God) and I picked up the sweet potato and tasted it. It was very good and I noticed a little crunch to it. I asked if it was nuts and the lady said yes, pecans and I said it tasted very good but I have a son that could die from eating nuts because he is allergic so I wasn't going to be able to buy it. She then told me that the nuts were on the top and I could scrape them to the side and then let him eat it. I couldn't believe her ignorance in this matter. I was in such disbelief that a grown woman could of suggested that! I told her it wasn't worth the risk and walked away. Am I over-reacting to being this upset about this?

I have a friend who claims that her son is allergic to protein, and says that the list of foods that he can't eat ( to name a few ) includes; All Dairy, Most Meat, No oils and Fats, No nuts of anykind. . . . The foods that he CAN eat include, Chicken and Turkey, and Veggies, and Starches. Has anyone ever heard of this? She also claims that he can eat McDonalds, but not Burger King. . . . Is this all true?

so extremly allegic that you get the fumes around me and i break out in hives. I cannot eat in the cafetiria in my school because the smell of milk makes an overwealming feeling of suffocation, but it's getting cold outside and i can't go off campus for lunch..... I am looking for a more natural remedy to my dog's skin allergies. Right now she is taking steroids due to a recent flare-up. I am trying to find a way to prevent the flare-ups with something natural that I can do daily. Any suggestions?

I'm allergic to all nuts except peanuts but I don't take my chance with those either. If I ingest nuts, I go into apoplectic shock and have just over a half an hour to get to a hospital even with my epi-pen. When I touch nuts or are around them, my throat gets very itchy.
The biggest pain in the butt is when I go out to eat. I let the server know about my allergy but how do I know if they tell the kitchen and if the kichen takes it seriously. Does anyone know the steps a resturant takes if told about an allergy? Can you sue a resturant if you end up having a reaction?

Now that my furnace is on I am having so much trouble with a dry nose. All scabby inside and nose bleeds. I have a humidifier and it's not helping me. Tried vasoline and over the counter saline mist but still not helping me. Help! I know it's gross but it's just killing me....ouch! Help?

I cant wear metal next to my skin except gold. The rash clears up but it comes back now and again. Its very itchy and leaves a red pimple like rash. How do I ged rid of it for good ? I dont wear medals anymore..
