My head, neck, and the top of my back itch(badly). I have had someone check for lice, they found nothing.

Sounds like your allergic to the hair dye your using... If you still want to dye your hair try and natural dye they have them out there with out the amnonia that is probably whats causing the reaction you are having it burns my scalp and sometimes I would get small pimples from them... chemical burns from the hair dye. read the box it will tell ya.

It could very well be your hair dye. I had this happen to me when I got a perm once. The doctor had to put me on steroid pills because the itching was so severe. If it keeps itching or gets very severe, see your doctor.

Someone did you wrong. When getting hair dyed the stylist should do a skin test so allergy can be avoided. It takes twenty four hours for result but it is worth the wait.

Skin irritation, Itchyness, redness, etc.
Sounds like you had an allergic reaction.
You'll be fine in a couple of days... just don't do anymore dye.
