omg, i feel so sorry for you. maybe you could eat in a teacher's class room or something. if u talk to your principal, maybe the school can make a special arrangement so that u can go home for lunch.

Removing milk products from the diet usually improves the symptoms. Other sources of calcium should be added to the diet if milk products are eliminated.
Fermented milk products such as yogurt can usually be tolerated. Buttermilk and cheeses have less lactose than milk. Goat's milk can sometimes be tolerated but should be consumed with meals, not alone.
Choosing lactose-free milk and milk products may be helpful. Lactase enzymes can be added to regular milk or may be taken in capsule or chewable tablet form.
Read food labels. Lactose is also found in some non-milk products -- including some beers.
Please see the webpages for more details on Lactose intolerance and Lactose tolerance test

I am really sorry to hear that. It must be very hard for you. You and your parents may have to approach the administrators at your school and discuss and "No milk zone". An area which is inside but far enough from milk drinkers so that you are not affected by the fumes. Your friends will probably keep you company.

Start a journal and see if you can find a pattern. Hormonal surges can make you more sensitive to smells different times of the month. Until then rub a little lemongrass essential oil under your nose to distract your senses.

Talk to your school nurse about an alternative site to eat lunch. You may need a note from your parents or doctor to back you up.
I am sure that they will be willing to accommodate you under the circumstances.

Milk doesn't have fumes. And if the smell of it makes you feel suffocated, then you may need to see a psychologist to manage this. It's disruptive to your life and needs to be addressed.

Do you actually have a milk allergy or do you just despise it?
