over-the-counter try claritin D, or maybe just a cold medicine to stop the flow.
If you can get a prescription try Zyrtec. Works like a charm!
My allergist tells me to flush my nose with salt water every night 2 hours before I go to sleep to get all the mucus/allergens out. It really works. You can buy these little bottles at the drug store that come with salt packets and instructions. Ask the pharmacist.

Any of the hot drinks work best I've found. Not only do you have the benefit of the medication, you also have steam rising while you drink that helps your sinuses "break open" temporarily until the medication kicks in. Personally, I prefer the Thera Flu brands.

Loratidine is the generic for allergy medicine and is cheaper. Works just as well. Best buy for it is Costco.

Nothing, and I mean nothing ever works for me except Actifed. Little white pill you have to buy behind the pharmacy counter now and show your license. If I go one day without these pills I am miserable. I have taken them for years now...many years and I haven't grown immune to them.
