You don't hear about summer flu's, sometimes summer colds, and bronchitis and upper respiratory problems are the same prevalance for colder months. Bronchitis and URI's are also MOSTLY bacterial, not viral.

My MAIN question is about the flu. Bronch and other bacterial is kind of understandable when you think about it.

On Aug 1 my husband had laparscopy gall bladder removal ( 3 point incision) he was sent home in as perfect to be expected condition. but he has been living in hell since. he cant work, cant sit or stand or walk for more the 15 min at a time. he is in tremendeous pain all the time. has trouble breathing. his stomache is incredably swollen...cant even put on his shoes. they cant find whats wrong. the have done xrays labs cortazone shots..the whole 9 and yet everything is "normal" he had a CT scan today but we wont have results for a few days. im racking my brain trying to stay on top of the doctors...i just dont believe that this is ok. he has no quality of life anymore and the whole family is suffering. does anyone have a similar story or any ideas of what they may be able to look for next? please help!

I went to a urologist a few years ago because of chronic bladder infections and symptoms when an infection wasn't present. He found nothing, when he did a cystoscope test which hurt like hell. I am still experiencing symptoms, but I don't want to go back to the Urologist and get this horrible test done. I read online that they sometimes use, an epedural to do this or, anestesia, or sometimes local annestetic. All doctors I have been to do it in their office with a local anestetic which didn't do anything last time. How can I find a dr who will give me an epidural or knock me out to do this?!!!

the vet says his electolites are normal, liver is fine and kidneys fine too. His white cells are almost none, his diarehhia and vomiting are not as bad, what should we do?? we bought him 3 days before he ended in the vets and we found out he has parvo, the people we got him from never told us about the other pups they had with the parvo. They have since told us they have cured the other pups with Parvaid. My vet says it doesnt work. What do I do from here???

I know its acid in your stomach rising up to the area of your heart but is seperate. Won't the acid eventually eat away that area?

okay like 5 days ago i was itching so bad! i was sitting down. when i lifted up my shorts i saw a little, TINY, dot i picked up and looked at it between my fingers and it sttarted crawling.
i ruled out:
fleas
human lice
ticks
these bugs are way to small to be any of them. itts driving me mad i take two showers a day and washed all my clothes vaccumed my room, washed my sheets, i dont know what to do! i any one has ideas let me know i really could use them im all out. i just keep finding them. there not im my hair on my head either.

oh i dont have any bite marks, of the bites my sister doesn't have them so im lost!

ok i got this rash on that back of both of my hands about 2.5 months ago. it went away after a month, but ever since then i have been getting wierd rashes. I have a really bad one on the back of my neck with bumps and everything. I got one on my leg that looks like razor burn, exept when i got it i hadn't shaved in like a week and a half. It always comes wih wierd bumps. My parents just thing it is from stress and say i shouldn't go to the doctor, but i am worried it might be something more serious. B/c i have had it for so long and everything. any thoughts?
p.s it itches like the dickens!!!

I think that I might possibly have it, even though I have the vaccine. My friend had it a while ago, and she also had the vaccine. I have a lot of little red bumps on one of my legs, and I'm trying to figure out what they are. They kind of itchy, and a little bit sore. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

My grandmother came up to live with me and my family in June. Its now November and her health has declined so rapidly in the last couple weeks and she is now in a hospice program. I always feel drowsiness throught the day. Not even a nap can refresh my drowsiness. It is wierd. But to start out say I sleep 8 hours and as I wake up I don't feel refresh. I start to get drowsy all over again and need to sleep. Then when I finally get up I start to get drowsy and have a tendency to sleep again. I also feel lethargic and low energy. My muscle seem to feel weak too! Like I lost strength in my arms. What concerns me is I don't know what caused this. I've seen many doctors which includes a sleep specialist, psychologist, and a psychiatrist. They did many test and still haven't found out the cause. They prescribe me Provigil and I still feel drowsy even with that medicine in effect. Think of it as me not alert, but my heart is beating as if I were active but as for me feeling drowsy and need to sleep. I was also giving a CPAP machine I've used it for 5 months now and the drowsiness still attacks me. What can I do? Any information can be helpful. Thanks.
