I know that it causes hyperthyroidism and can xcause cardiac problems, but what are the chances of it being cancer?

I'm thinking of my family and what I would expect of them if I contracted alzheimer's. Do I expect them to nurse me personally? Take time off work, do all the feeding, cleaning, medicating, everything? Or should I tell them that I want to go to a nursing home? That would be less burdensome to them.

My real question is, when I don't recognize my family anymore, do I expect them to continue caring for me or visiting me in a nursing home?

I bought these cheap, but cute earrings and I noticed that my earlobes were itching, turning red and even pussing. Please don't get grossed out. I need help because I'm in a new place with a new job which I don't get benefits until 90 days and it's expensive to get a doctor out here. I need medical advice ASAP. I had this about a month ago,and it lasted 3 days. Today is the 3rd day again and I feel really sick when I eat,I usually feel it about 15-20 minutes after eating. I am burping alot, I don't feel like eating as I hate how I feel after. I am not pregnant. Even when I do eat I cannot eat much. Any clues??

I seem to get ringworm every year in the same area around the same time (summer). It happens to be on the back of the thigh where the leg would rest on the toilet seat. (I know that this is where I had got it from first - public restroom/port-a-john YUCK) In the summer I get hot very easily which means I sweat very easily and profusely, (ever see NBA player Patrick Ewing sweat?) I sweat just walking in a parking lot from a store to my car during the summer. I am not over weight and the doc says it's normal. My theory is that whenever I sweat while sitting on a toilet, that this may cause the fungus to start and since I had in that area before, it may be a prone area??? Just a theory.

Thank you to everyone with all the informative answers on this new road that I am traveling. My sister was dignosed with Pancreatic Cancer. She starts Chemo on the 14th and I need to know if she will be sick right away, within hours, days? This is all new to me. She is staying with me and I need to know what to expect. (1.) What ALL does this mean:

Rarely,serious(sometimes fatal) asthma-related breathing problems have occurred with the use of long-acting inhaled beta agonists(e.g.,salmeterol)

(2.) Does that mean that u can have a really bad asthma attack using this medince where u will be making noise when your breathing & everyone willl know that your having a really bad asthma attack???

(3.) If that was going to happen after taking the medince when would it???
(4.) If someone was going to have worseing of breathing after taking a medince when would they???

(5.) How do u know if your having wroseing of breathing from a medice or an asthma attack???
Since having wrosening of breathing is an asthma attack???

HI have some enlarged lymph nodes in my neck they are sometimes tender. i got an ultrasound today and the notes said one of them has benign factors.
Does this mean it's a tumour or just a lump that will settle down.
I have had them for 10 months now and i am also getting soreness under my armpits but i can't fel any lumps, i have cold sweats and i get nauseous. Should i just ignore this and think it will settle down or should i keep on it.
I also found out i'm anemic and i keep getting really bad UTI's which the dr's are investigating too do you think they could be conected?
has anyone had simliar experiences or no anyone that has.

Because when one of your toes are affected by gangrene and you just don't go see a doctor it can affect your whole foot or maybe even your whole leg.

Added Information:It is not infectious to other people but it is infectious to your other leg.

I apologise now in case anyones eating! lol. Ill keep it short, Last week had my wisdom teeth out and have been on a hell of alot of antibiotics incase of infection. I went to the docs yday for some more antibiotics of the same kind because I thought I had a small infection, and I was running out. He gave me some more. Today I have the weirdest taste in my mouth, and its kinda white on my tongue. Had a sore throat when I woke up, and my taste is different when I eat. My bf stayed over last night and he has the same symptoms when he got up! is it oral thrush?! Will the antibiotics im on now for another week clear it? its amoxicillan. thanks

I want to know, because 2 days ago I had a bowl of cereal. It was fine, I felt OK and everything was good. Last night I had a glass of milk and about 2 hours after drinking it I felt like I was going to get sick and I had dysentery. The milk is fine, It doesn't expire for another week.
