Sometimes high fat foods will be metabolized slowly and the blood sugar will rise much later.
Just a comment on the above poster: I like that other salt that doesn't come from the sea:)

I can speculate that's why doctors and fitness pros are always pushing people to eat breakfast, it starts the metabolism, so without metabolism being activated, your numbers can be higher, but it's not the entire picture either because there is an accumulation of acids with most foods, try to see how you like things with raw organic brown sugar, that's a healthy sugar still acidic but much more nutritious. Real sea salt is supposed to balance out the rest but how often do we have that? Try getting some, sprinkle on your foods and see how much less you eat, you'll get full really fast.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Morning readings are often higher, especially if you had that much sugar the day before.
If you are diabetic, what the heck are you doing eating candy bars and drinking sweet tea? You really need to re-think your diet before your diabetes gets way out of control.

your body manufactures sugar by itself. I have a similar problem with it. Medication lowers sugar level so low that I NEED to eat more sugar but not eating overnight causes high morning levels.

it sounds like you could have low sugar but then again you did have one higher. anything above 100 is borderline they say but its not you need to get on meds and watch things. it just does that that is why you have to be careful. see the doc and get things taken care of now.
