i feel twitchy and, crazy .
i love adrenaline.& im feeling it right now and im not doing anything to feel it for... so right now i dont really love it cause its kinda freaking me out. should i tell my mother? or just wait it out?

are arms weak, nervous, and/or cant concentrate?? you might be having anxiety attacks.
My heart would race at night. if so try Valerian Root extract (vitamin shoppe)
