My friend is really sick all of the sudden and cant figure out why. I went into my fridge to get my lettuce ot make a salad and noticed it was very moldy on the bottom. Well my friend just ate a salad here the day before. Help

Yes.
Many moulds are toxic.
Some are allergens.
The spores of some have been known to kill.
Additionally, if the lettuce was mouldy, chances are it could have had salmonella as well. However, even if it did, food poisoning tends to show-up within hours, not days.
In any case, since you are not in there with your friend, you likely have a healthier immune system, or the mould had not effect (assuming the two of you actually consumed it).

I doubt very much it was your lettuce. you can call poison control center it is in your phone book. it is an 800 number.
