I have read some similiar questions that dealt with women's oily skin, but as a guy, I am not going to wear foundation. I used to have severe acne as a teenager, but now that I'm older, the acne has dropped considerably to more of a mild form. However, my skin is grossly oily and I have not been able to find something that controls it all day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been contemplating the Proactiv solution, but if something exists cheaper and just as effective, I would much rather go that route. Thanks in advance for all the help!

What does your doctor do with his/her stethoscope before listening to your chest? i.e. do he/she warm up it up, explain to you what they are doing?

I'm 26 years old - have never had a high bp reading while going to the doctor - I eat right, get moderate exercise but when I am doing this exercise, my head starts to hurt. When I stop, it stops. But actually, I tend to always have a mild headache which is alleviated with Ibuprofen.

I'm going to see the doc next week but is it possible I could have high blood pressure?

I also have a back molar that is pretty much rotten (can't eat on that side) -- could that be causing headaches, too?

the past few days I have been feeling very ill. I work at a medical facility* and was able to check my blood pressure earlier today. my usualy blood pressure is 100/58 but today it was 140/60, should I be concerned? I've been dizzy and lightheaded all day and have been drinking water as I should and eating what I can.

Any ideas?

I'm trying to find some form of excercise that I can get into. I'm not in good shape and hate to do it. I've tried using weights and I feel horrible within a few days of doing it and get symptoms. Yoga is generally good, but I'd like to do more, as it can be boring. I was doing Pilates with a trainer but that got too expensive and I can't do it right on my own. Aerobic exercise is too strenuous. At the moment I'm trying out the Fluidity system. What have you tried? How have you felt?

I've had one I think for 5 days now. It's an external one and is starting to cause lots of discomfort. I've been using petroleum jelly to help but it's not fixing anything? How long before I should start worrying? Is it a threat to my health? Should I just goto pharmacy and get some cream? Please help.

I am a nanny, the mother of the family that I work for has Ecoli, and she has a kidney infection, I've noticed that they are really unclean with food and meat, ( they transfer raw meat from sink to couter to the fridge then set things on top of the raw meat in the fridge,They do not wash their hands or counter tops,

Plus the mother has a boyfriend who is very unclean. and they will touch the dog waste and empty garbages without washing their hands. I won't eat any food when I am at work, but today she wants me to come with when she takes to kids to the pool (can Ecoli spread in a pool), Should I not get in the water with them, What are ways that I can stay safe without offending them.

I need to keep this job it pays more then any job I've ever had.

What should you do if someone is having a heart attack, other than calling 911? What can you do to help the person? If they are not conscious, should you perform CPR?
