Yellow fever? If you are planning on travelling to a country that has yellow fever (and find out all about that here: http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvbid/yellowfever/) then you need to go to your doctor, they will order the vaccine for you and call you when it's in. It has to be ordered by a doctor. And not everyone needs this. That's why you need to check the CDC website and see if you do.
