I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue about 2 yrs ago I havetrouble falling asleep and then walk around for the day like a zombie- when Im tired I get nauseated and walking around usually has me limping within as little as 10 minutes. I have a 3 year old daughter who goes to daycare as I just dont have the energy to look after her 24/7 just the weekends have me tired out - I go to the gym when I can sometimes I can do a decent workout other times Im puffed out at just a quarter of the workout and then can barely move because of stiffness by the time I get home - how do you cope with work, children and life in general? Im lucky as we have our own business and if Im dead tired and feeling sick I can go into the back office and sleep when I need to as Im the boss (along with my husband) I seem to have a few good months and then a few bad months-I take endep 75mg to help me with depression & anxiety but they also help me sleep and I sometimes have to take sleeping tablets

She just called me from the hospital. They did a needle biopsy and the doctor told her right then that she has breast cancer. Have any of you gone through this? What is next?

My friend is a Type 2 diabetic. He is not on any meds. He eats approximately a biscuit, 2 slices @ lunch, and toast with supper. I know this is bad for him. I want to wean him off the bread and I want to try a healthier type for him.

I have been having heart palpitations for about 9 months now. I have a thyroid disorder, and my medication has been adjusted. I have worn a 24 hr holter moniter and had an echocardiogram. The results came back as having a fast heart rate. That's it. But I can't shake the feeling that something is wrong. My heart starts to beat fast when I am watching tv, after I get out of bed...at times when I don't think I am having a panic attack, but how do I know? Are there foods that can trigger palpitations? I have cut back on caffeinated beverages and try to eat healthy. What should I do?

If a family member lost a large amount of skin, can family donate?

My mom's entire abdomen and more was lost due to infection of a complication in surgery (they punctured her bladder by mistake).
She's really skinny and will need skin graph's eventually.
I don't know where they can even get the skin from her,her thighs are tiny...
Does anyone know if family could help somehow like skin donations?
I know it will be painful but it's my mom.

I've done the obvious and went to the doctor and he told me they weren't warts or an STD. I have these small white bumps on my finger. They started on my pointer finger and didn't do much but slowly repopulate around the knuckle. Recently it's started spreading throughout my hand. They don't hurt, it's like dead tissue and slightly portrudes from the skin. Since I'm in the Army the doctors suck really bad. They said they would call back and never did. Is there anyway I can figure out what it is?
