I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Used to be as much fruit as you wanted, now they've decided it's only 2 pieces a day.Definitely no grapes. Don't know of any fruit you can eat freely...I'm still looking. Ask your doc or nurse,or diabetes clinic. They should be able to give answers on what to eat, instead of weighing you down with info on what you can't eat

As a general guideline, fruits that have a low glycaemic index besides low-medium sugar and calories.
Fruits such as mango, chikoo and banana should be avoided or eaten in small quantities and the less ripe the better. Grapes are best avoided.
Papayas, guava, strawberries and apples can be eaten. Oranges/sweet lime should be not consumed in excess. Jamun is good for reducing sugar.

Fruits rather than their juices should be consumed.

any fruit contains simple sugars and carbohydrates. Diabetics need to learn that there simply is no food that they can gorge themselves with. Binge eating, and eating irresponsibly is why Diabetes is the highest growing incidence of disease in this country. All things in moderation....see a registered Dietician and get a diet plan going.
