I'm not sure about eggplant, but one thing is for sure: it won't hurt. Stay away from egg yokes and cut down on your meat intake. Start eating foods with high fiber. Oatmeal (as nasty as it may taste) is really really good for you. Cheerios are also supposed to help lower your cholesterol. Also, the more exercise you get, the lower your choloesterol is. If you exercise and eat wise, and your cholesterol is still high: talk to your doctor.

Go to a health store and get NOPAL capsules. They are also known as prickly pear.

Cholesterol is stored in the liver and is sent out to fight inflammation in the body. If you have anything that is causing inflammation such as arthritis, an infection or anything that can cause inflammation your cholesterol will be higher. Anything that is an anti-inflammatory will lower cholesterol, even aspirin. the nopal I mentioned above is good as well and is natural.

If you care to read the whole article email me and I will send the two I have on it to you. And that goes for anyone reading this who would like to know more about high cholesterol.
