If a family member lost a large amount of skin, can family donate?

My mom's entire abdomen and more was lost due to infection of a complication in surgery (they punctured her bladder by mistake).
She's really skinny and will need skin graph's eventually.
I don't know where they can even get the skin from her,her thighs are tiny...
Does anyone know if family could help somehow like skin donations?
I know it will be painful but it's my mom.

Yes, but it is known as skin grafting, not skin graph.

This question is best answered by your doctor.
But I believe that members of the same family would be able to "donate" skin.
