Hiya

I am taking driving lessons and have been for a while the trouble is i am an extremely nervous anxious person and i am finding driving a struggle as i let nerves take over...i was suggested to try a hypnotherapist but my sister tried one and said they just don't work and at £120 i am scaptical i would like to try tablets or herbal remedy first...can anyone reccommend something strong that works but keeps me fully alert...many thanks to those who help.

What are some good alternatives for an upset tummy? I take a perscription med with a side effect of upset stomach, and with that you cant take anything such as Pepto, etc. I take it twice a day so Im pretty much ALWAYS nauseated.
What are some things I could eat/drink/whatever to get me thru my day?

My step-mom is having several health problems and seems to not do well with traditional medicine. She lives in New Kensington, PA. and could travel 10-15 miles to see someone. She would consider seeing a Naturopathic Doctor or a Chiropractor as well as someone else who could help her with her thyroid and high blood pressure. She is currently on prescription medicine but it seems to be making her feel worse.

She won't eat anything "weird", and I'm at my wits end - anything that even a fussy eater will eat that can soothe an upset tummy? Have tried ginger and she refused to even let it get near her mouth. :( I think we need something liquid at this point! :( :( :( I can't even get to a store for some pepto... :( too late at night and I don't have anyone to watch her while I do that anyway!

Please help - I have seen a number of doctors, naturopaths, you name it and they have not helped at all. Doctors only pump you with pills and naturopaths charge an absurd amount of money for visits and supplements which has left me broke.
I've seen a few Herbalists as well and they were not experienced enough to help.
I've been dealing with this for years and if anyone has any advice or can direct me to someone who has alot of experience with PCOS I would truly appreciate it !
