I have two ingrown toenails on my left foot that are only a little red on the sides - would Epsom salts work? How do I go about soaking them (# of times per day, how long?)

i would soak them twice a day. put the epsom salts in hot water and soak them until the water gets cold (about 20 minutes i think)

I agree with soaking the feet... but also you need to clip a V shape in the middle of the toe nail that has ingrown
this will help the nail grown Normal.

soak your foot, dig out the toe nail. pour on alcohol. do that for about 2-3 days.
