Melatonin makes you drowsy that is why it is being promoted as a sleep aid. You may want to look at St. John's Wort. It is widely used as an herbal alternative for Prozac, an anti-depressant. Chamonille tea is also well known for its being a relaxant and its calming effect on drinkers.

Jasmin tea, and for some people Chrysanthemum tea works in a similar way. Particularly good after dinner to prepare for a good, beneficial sleep.

Yeah, emotionally weak for most, but strong for some people who choose to live without emotion. Which, in the end, is the worst choice. And the "week" wouldn`t be complete without laughter so no for the other meaning.

lol the answer to that is marijuana. Illegal in the states but it is actually a good herb for you to use. Believe me i've done my detailed research and experiments haha (sssshhhh) Don't let the feds know haha. But ya what you hear from the government are lies lies lies!!!!
