I found a website that has a detox/cleanse recipe called "The Master Cleanse". I am interested in doing this because I would like to change my lifestyle, including but not limited to, stopping smoking, eating better, and overall feeling better. I would like to know if anyone has done this, and if I should do it for the recommended 10 days or start with 5. A friend of mine has pledged to do it with me, but I am curious to see how if makes you feel afterward. In other words, is it really life-changing??
