Plant sterols , also using 1/4 tsp of unrefined sea salt in a small glass of water for a month. PEOPLE think salt is bad but its really the refined salt that is bad because its been changed at a molecular level and that is why it doesnt help the body but it harms it.

I know im going to get thumbs down for the salt thing. Go ahead. My blood pressure used to be 186/129 ....... one month later 115/86 so ..... go jump off a bridge for all I care if you give me thumbs down. It does work. Try it before you go hating on me.
