i havent been able to sleep for a while now its really hard, have a lot of crap going on in my life now and i would love some good sleep? anything pretty strong??

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

Try hypnotherapy. After only a few sessions you will be sleeping like a baby as soon as your head touches your pillow. Hypnotherapy can also help with your other problems too. It may cost more than a prescribed tablet but it won't leave bad side affects, and be healthier for you too. Also you will feel more in control of your life. Believe me, I am a hypnotist.

I learned a relaxation technique many years ago, no pills necessary. Try this: make your bedroom as dark and quiet as possible. Lie down on your bed and have a good, long stretch. Find the "sweet spot", close your eyes and take a nice deep breath. Let it out slowly, relaxing your whole body as you exhale. Keep breathing deeply and slowly and start to relax each area of your body starting with your toes and feet. Work your way up - ankles, calves, knees, thighs, etc., until you reach your head. If it doesn't work the first time, open a window to let some fresh air in and try again.

No, not legally. Unless you mean OTC painkillers like aspirin, paracetemol or cocodamol, which I presume you don't. Buying online drugs from dodgy sources is risky - you never know if they have the full pharmaceutical potency they're described as having, whether they're more powerful than they should be, whether they were legitimately produced, or what other ingredients they were cut with. If your pain is very severe, go back to your doctor and tell him so. He may prescribe additional or acompanying pain medication if he thinks it's appropriate and necessary.

You take honey(10ml) in a cup(150 ml)of warm milk before going to bed.If you believe in God read a page from scriptures(bilble ,koran etc),leave your worries to God and sleep.You do not take any sleeping pills with out prescription.Sleeping pills like librium cause slow damage to brain.Prolonged use of pills may cause Erectlie Dysfunction later.Doing hard physical work and getting tired is another solution.

I promise you this works..
during the day do alot of physical activity, run,jog, do errands or just really exert yourself physically (if you can do so in fresh air like a park or woods it's be much better), you'll drop of to a sound sleep!
