I've heard that there are medications that cause hair to grow back, but I've decided that when my hair thins enough, I'm just going to start shaving my head. There's something to be said for aging gracefully and giving in to the inevitable. Besides, bald men are supposed to have more testosterone.

There really isn't anything. You could get Rogaine, or something similar, but it's expensive, and from what I understand, your hair thins back out when you stop using it. Your best bet is to age gracefully and with dignity. Bald guys are good looking too. :-)

Propecia is supposed to be good. I'm not sure if that's for complete baldness or losing hair, but I think it's supposed to aid to hair regrowth.
