I drink 3 cups a day, 1 first thing then 1 at lunch then 1 a 6pm.
I drink Green tea with lemon as it tastes so much nicer.
Green tea is excellent for you not only for digestion but it can also help people who are TTC.

Plus I smoke a lot, and some people say green tea's anti-oxidant properties could clean up the mess we've made in our bodies, even prevent cancer.

Once in the morning before breakfast, and once at night before bedtime. Seems like a great combination to me.

I drink diet Snapple green tea with berries. It is delicious. So, about 4 cups a day. Two sixteen ounce bottles.

at least 4. just green tea with nothing in it. at least 2 cups of green tea a day WILL do your body good. since i started my regimen, i've been so healthy. not so much as a cold in two years. i swear by it.

oh and all the bottled stuff (snapple, arizona, etc.) is full of high fructose corn syrup and sugar. don't buy it. seriously. if you want to get a good, unsweetened green tea that's cold, try honest tea. very good. if you like the sweetness, they have one kind with real honey in it.

I drink my green tea iced. I alternate with black tea as I am
a bonafide tea lover. I drink tea all day long.
