Has anyone tried acupuncture for neck/upper back and shoulder pain? I am sick of taking all these pills, that make me feel groggy and tired. Plus the pain is really dulled, not gone. I was thinking of trying acupuncture. Opinions anyone????

I don't want to keep on taking pain kilers. Excercise sometimes helps, but anything for too long makes the pain worse. I eat a fairly balanced diet, if on a limited budget. I am only 53 and worry that my lifestyle is already affected by pain. Any advice would be helpful.

I am pretty sure I have Mittelsmirch. This is a German expression for the middle of the month in regards to your menstrual cycle. Its an awful pain in my side that travels down my leg and into my back. I've had it since Sept. 2005.

Like I said...I'm pretty sure its Mittelsmirch. I checked with medical websites. So, should I still see a doc about this?

we just found that our 17 yr old daughter has a cholesterol level of 305....this is scaring me......how do i lower it....i really dont want to put her on meds because she is still young....she isnt over weight so how did this happen
