using anti biotics might force your body to shed weight, but its not safe. some antibiotics destroy body cells when taken. its really not safe to try and use them to force down your weight. i'll suggest you dont take meals later than 4pm and skip breakfast.

most over weight people take in more energy than their bodys' metabolic system requires. the excess is stored in the body increasing weight. take less, force your body to consume from what it has stored and you'll find your weight coming down.

well some antibitoic pills can cause diarrhea, which will cause weight loss due to water weight being loss. But it is not permanent, water weight loss comes back as soon as you replace the fluid lost through diarrhea.
