Do you have experience treating candida with Oregano oil? I've read that oregano kills off Candida pretty good. Any personal experience with this? Does it work?

I don't smoke, drink or use any kind of drugs. I just want to feel "clean" inside. I've been told drink only water for 3 days and that will help "detox" me. anything else?

I and my 24-year old girlfriend were in restaurant. She was chewing a gum. She told me that to swallow a chewing gum isn't dangerous at all because it goes in her stomach and then comes out and laughed. Then she took her chewing gum back to her throat and made a gulp and swallowed her chewing gum. The gum slided down her throat and was gone . . . She told me that she swallowed her gum whole, it was in her stomach and couldn't feel anymore. She laughed and said that the chewing gum is in her tummy now. She told me not to worry about it and added that she likes to swallow cherry pits and sometimes when she is on a lazy mood and don't want to take a cherry pit out she simply swallows it and sends to her stomach so there is no need to find a place for a cherry pit . . . She even don't have a stomachache . . .What will happen to the chewing gum or the cherry pit in my girlfriend's stomach? How much time will it be harmlessly in her tummy? When will she begin gigesting it?

If i choose a healthier diet, like fruit and veggie based, I know I need my protein too, so nuts and grains, can it help bring uop my mood? Will it help with depression since meds haven't much?

Hey ive recently been not sleeping just simply not being able to fall asleep. Like tonight its now 6am and im still up and am off to work in a few hours. Are there any remedys or ANYTHING that help you get to sleep. Or do you know someone who uses sleeping aids? if so please help me out. Cheers
