First get your stool sample tested and then get a prescription drug from a doctor if you do have worms. And by the way, you can get worms even in cold countries. You don't have to go to the tropics.

Go and find out if you have them before you start taking anything, mainly because there are lots of different types and not all may have a natural remedy. If it was that easy worms wouldn't be the problem they are in many countries.

Sod natural medicine - go to a doctor and get the proper stuff. At least it's guaranteed to work and will work a hell of a lot quicker too. Do you really want worms in your body whilst you're waiting for your garlic cloves to kick in??

this is a real story when i was working in the Caribbean i met a man which i will call mangue he had a big belly and he was complaining of some health problems and i told him to take some vitamin c up to 9 grams a day for hes problem and two days latter he told me you would not believe what happened to me, and i was surprise he said that after taking the vitamin c for a couple of days he went to the bathroom and balls of worms where coming out he kind of panic and went to the doctor and took samples of the worms with him, and the doctor told him they where parasites after that the doctor treated him and the amassing thing is he lost about 4 inches of belly ( that means to me that vitamin c works for this problems)

Poor you, my advise is go and see the doctor before you get eaten alive, or try and to a hospital that deals with tropical deseases, i don't know where you are from, but the ideal hospital would be London Hospital for Tropical Deases, (they deal with people who have come from abroad,) or give them a ring, they will be able to adivse you. Good luck.

Usually you need to take pills, perscribed from the doctor, but you may not even have worms so take a stool sample to your doctor first and have it tested so you can be treated.

When next you take your dog to the vet or a pet shop and you get a prescription to deworm the mutt, take two of the dogs pill. It works on human too.
That's if you are too shy TO VISIT YOUR OWN DOCTOR!
