Fatty food and food high in sugar and starch can all aggravate gout symptoms. I had a bachelor cousin and uncle who lived together and ate Domino's pizza and drank Pepsi all the time. They both had trouble with gout at the same time, coincidence?, I think not When their diets improved so did their symptoms.

I have helped many people with gout. I work with the worlds leading nutritionist who is also a pharmacist and master herbalist. What you need to do is remove the acid from your blood. An acidic body is a sick body. You do this with a product that contains phytonutrients, flavenoids and polysaccharides. It quickly turns your blood from acidic to alkaline, therefore relieving your pain.

Try Black Cherry Concentrate (either juice or pills) and then get on some glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. It will take a few weeks of taking this to see a difference. Keep taking it every day. Take double the amount it tells you on the bottle of Black Cherry (take it even if you are not in pain).
It REALLY works!!

I've heard gout is something to do with drinking alcohol, don't know how true it is, but maybe avoiding it might help.

Good luck
