My parents and I are starting a more healthful way of life. We are partaking in juicing, fresh fruits and veggies, cleanses, etc. One weekend a month we are planning on fasting to cleanse. We'll still take in juices (fresh), teas, and water. By doing this will I lose any weight?

Totally curious. I don't have this, but a close friend does, and she needs to take a variety of medications for it. I'm just curious if there are any alternative remedies she could seek.

Thanks.

There is another light yellow covering inside and I have to crack it with my teeth to split it apart. Can anyone tell me how chewing this garlic daily benefits? It cost me a bomb to buy one kg of garlic.

I would just like to ask all those living in the Philippines (preferably Metro Manila) where I could purchase tea tree oil. I'm having flea bites and I've read from one of the answers here that it's effective on curing them. I've tried some well-known drugstores and a herbal store, but I'm still with no luck. Does anyone have an idea?

In light of my own discoveries about the relationship between doctors and the pharmaceutical ind. I would rarely consult a doctor and then only to get a diagnos and a second opinion - I would never take their drugs and avoid surgery - in most cases

I my research I discovered that most commonly prescribed drugs do more harm than good - they cause complications that precipitate more serious health conditions later on - possibly requiring major surgery or causing premature ageing and death

Also many surgical operations are unnecessary

This perpetuate a health care system that is focused on treating symptoms rather that curing the illness

I also discovered this gem: "A patient cured is a customer lost."

My own solution is to take responsibility for my health - see www.curezone .org

Not to mention the fact that they itch for days turn red with a white head on it and if you bust them they ooze really bad and continue to itch like crazy.
