Just may be crazy enough to work!

Okay this might sound gross but go to a health food store or the internet and look for what is called a Neti pot. It looks a little like an Aladdin's lamp. You fill the pot with a warm saline solution and run it through your nostrils. Instructions will come with how to do this. It sounds gross but is really easy to do and your head will become so clear you will wish you had known about it for years. It is Indian/Chinese cure and works wonders. I was grossed out at first until I tried it. The neti pot clears all allergins out of your nasal passages and gives long term relief.

Netti pots are wonderful. You should look into it. It sounds hard at first and i was weirded out...but trust me it does wonders. Also try diffusing ecualptus oil in a oil diffuser..or makig a spray of 20 drps E.oil to 4 ozs of water and spray in the air around you and inhale. I also put a few drops in a bath and lounge ( liek the baby baths they make for this but natural) Also try asking your local health food store what their remedies are. I will not use medication unless I have too and in 3 years I haven't had too once. Herbal and all natural is the only way to go

Note Karvol can be use on kids as young as 4 weeks old....just a few drops on their clothes can help them too when they are stuffed up with the flu
Best of luck

Those Nose Strips work great!

I used them all during my pregnancy without medication.

If you have rebound stuffiness you will need something like a prednisone spray to fix that.

You can't! No matter how hard you blow your nose, you just can't clear it without medication. Seems to me like you have allergies or a cold. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible to get treated.

Eat really hot spicy foods. A teaspoonful of tobasco sauce always clears my nose and sinuses in a jiffy.

I drink lots and lots of water and usually within a half hour or so, I can clear my nose.

I've never tried Wasabe for this purpose but it might be worth a try. :)
