Have you tried a treatment such as this(reflexology)? and how does it works for you?

Reflexology can either be done on your hands or on your feet. There are specific parts of your body which correspond to treatment when their "zone" in the foot or hands is worked on. It's very relaxing and is quite effective.
I've been getting it done for years as well as massage.
