Trazone works great, make sure that you do have time for at least 8 hours of sleep before taking it; otherwise it will be difficult to get up! Don't take Ambien, there's been reports of unusual side effects associated with it.....one of the more common side effects: People will get up in the middle of the night, cook, eat, drive somewhere, and appear to be perfectly alert however when the "victim" wakes up will not remember any of it. Technically they are still asleep, and sometimes it is not caught until a family member stumbles upon the person cooking a gourmet meal at 2:30am!! When confronted with it the next day, they have no recollection!! Good luck!! Also, maybe should find out the reasons why you are having a hard time sleeping....go see a psychiatrist who can talk with you and be able to prescribe the medication needed to sleep. Sweet dreams!

Sorry u can't sleep. I've been this way for 10years now, I take 4 Excedrin Pm's every night to fall asleep. No I'm not weird I just try and solve all the world problems at night and worry about everything and anything. They say warm milk, there's also tea called sleepy time tea that is suppose to help. Something is probably bothering you, try if you can, clear your head before going to bed. Sweet dreams!

I have a hard time going to sleep also, it's probably because I drink too much caffeine before I go to bed. I read a little bit in bed and that makes me want to fall asleep. Sometimes it's just a few pages and I can fall asleep.

i am not an expert in sleeping but i do know some stuff. our sleep is categorize in 3 stages. 1. REM 2. Light Sleep 3. Deep Sleep.
when we are in our 3rd stage which is the deep sleep, our brain waves emit delta-waves. there is a product that emits delta waves and resonates with our delta waves and fast forward us to the deep sleep.
i am currently using it. it is just a pillow pad where i put it on top of my pillow. it has greatly improve my sleep and i wake up feeling fresher and more energetic. email me at fyrdaus_is@yahoo.com for more info.
Sweet dreams!

Well, if you take other people's advice to take Rx for sleep, skip it. Instead, take Rx to stay awake when you have to get up. So, what's the difference? I take Benedryl every night to sleep because it is non addictive and it will work forever. Doesn't really do anything for my allergies, lol, but it sure knocks you out! No side effects.

Practise good sleep hygiene. Don't eat or do any vigourous exercise 2 hrs before you go to bed. If you have alot on your mind, write it down on a piece of paper. Drink a hot drink to calm yourself then go to bed. Sleep tight.

well, there are a couple of things we can do to work this out ..first have you tried taking a shower be 4 you go to bed????? and making sure you your bed is clear of every thing, no books, no paper, phones and the sheets properly fit? if you have done all of that then get into bed and don't just close your eyes, just let the eye muscles realx and close on their own.....try this i hope it works for you...

You could try Melatonin but check with a pharmacist to amke sure there aren't any contraindictions with any other medications you may be taking. Melatonin is an all natural supplement.
